Co-operation with agencies in Hong Kong

Since we operate directly in Discovery Bay only, there are opportunities to co-operate with agencies in Hong Kong both for clients planning to move into or out of Discovery Bay.

With our long experience in serving Discovery Bay, we have probably one of the most complete listings in Discovery Bay properties on our book. We know many of the landlords in the Bay personally for many years, which can make the lease negotiation process much easier.

Many of the agencies work with us on co-broke basis and will escort their clients to Discovery Bay while others work with us on referral basis.
